Sooooo....................
I went to the Doctor's again yesterday.........this was my arthritis Doctor, but they still make you get on the scale. AND
I WAS REALLY SCARED.........................................
BECAUSE I HAD SLIPPED LAST WEEK AND THE WEEK BEFORE..............................................
BUT
I GOT ON............... AND.............................. LOST ANOTHER 8 WHOLE POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OMG I WAS SO SURPRISED AND VERY HAPPY. SO TO DATE I HAVE LOST 50 POUNDS......YES 50!
I'M A LONG WAY FROM MY ACTUAL GOAL (yep I made one, one I thought was unrealistic) BUT NOW AM ACTUALLY GETTING CLOSER TO EVERY TIME I STEP ON THE SCALE AND LOOSE MORE. I CAN DO THIS YES YES I CAN!!!
AND WHAT HELPS THE MOST BECAUSE I CAN'T EXERCISE IS THE FACT IS WHEN I START TO FEEL A LITTLE FULL IS TO STOP THEN NOT WHEN I AM FULL.
MY PLATE MY BE STILL FULL OF FOOD BUT I AM NOT.
