Well its over!

Mr Gab had the eye surgery today. The doctor said all went well, and looks good. He needs to get 4 hours of sleep now and put lots drops in. He goes back in tomorrow morning for a recheck.

And in other news, Aj the grandson who poked his eye with the chisel is doing ok. He to has to go back only Friday morning. His eye is healing better than they too had hoped.

And one more thing the person who stole my ID is being prosecuted. And yes there are other issues containing fraud. My credit report has several things that Mr Gab and I had thought were from long ago that we had forgotten about when in actuality isn't even mine. And yes we are at fault for not knowing what bills are ours and what ones aren't. But you must understand when we moved in 99 we thought all bill and what not's were settled. And what wasn't settled we thought had gotten taken care of while we were in SD. Little did we know that there was stuff from some place in California. Ive never been in California ever!!! Well now that's not quite true......I went though once with Mr Gab back when he was trucking. But that was a I did not buy a tv, a camcorder, a car nor rent an apartment! So with some deep digging we have to get this settled so that they will take it off my record. No wonder I have poor credit, And guess what? There was a warrant out for me....for buying all that stuff and skipping! Because I started investigating myself and got in touch with the right people I won't be prosecuted. I brought it to their attention that this wasn't mine. Its still gonna take awhile as I was told that I still have to prove that I am who I said and not the one who stole my ID. I was told that I have to be very careful of using a credit card(well I don't have one) and when we get those applications of getting a credit card that I need to shred it not just toss it. So to the person who put all my information on the web.....good job thanks for all the work I now have to go through!

SAT. PHOTO HUNT-HIGH

Wow this photo came out kinda funky! lol
Ok but here's the deal I have two I can use for high in this picture. The "high" grass of the fields. But what I really wanted inthe pic was the "high" lines in the way background. Can you see them?
One of these tall High powered highlines is on my brother's land. But there is another little story about these high lines.
Before they finally put in street signs we had to use these high lines to determine where to turn to get to our farm. When we see the high lines at the other end we knew that soon was our corner. It was maybe 50 feet once we went under the high lines. So in actual fact those high lines were our map to turn.

IS TODAY OVER YET?

Its been one of those days and I just want to crawl back into bed and cover my head and say go away please. And if its not over yet tell it to go away too.
It all started last night. It a really stupid story but in hind site my grandchildren may have learned some thing .................................but the hard way.
Daughter worked the hut last night again. So grandpa and I were watching the boys. Aj had gone out with his big and got back home around 8:45pm.
Tj was in the kitchen working on the wall. Now working on the wall is really he was pulling off tile. See when our oldest son and his girlfriend lived here, they took floor tile and put it on two of the kitchen walls! Floor tiles!
So every now and again when one was loose, we would pull at it. Well Tj asked if he could do that. We said sure just take your hands and pull them off.
After Aj got home he wanted to help. We said sure go ahead. After all they have to come off sooner or later. Little did we know that the boys had gotten a chisel. I was putting Lj to bed when I heard grandpa yelling HON get down here quick. So I picked up Lj (well all the noise woke him up)and went back to the living room. Where Aj was crying. after several attempts to find out what was wrong we learned that he had the chisel in his hand, and had gotten some tile loose and was pulling it when it ripped off fast and he hit himself in the eye with the chisel.
We looked at it, we didn't see anything bleeding other than the top of his eye lid. We tried to put ice on it but he wouldn't let us near his eye.
Bright and early this A.M. I had to take Tj to the doctors for a physical, for track.I told him it was simple and he wouldn't be getting shots. I should have not said that...he got two! They also took his blood for some tests. When I got home Mr Gab said I had better take AJ to the doctors too. Well daughter couldn't get him in, so I took him to Urgent Care. But their computers were down so they said to take him to Emergency room. So I drove over there very aware of the time as Mr Gab had to be to work at 2pm and he was watching the other 3 boys. We finally got out of there with just minutes to get home so Mr Gab could be on his way. They said he scratched the top part of his Corina, and he needs to go see an eye doctor tomorrow. They gave him some pain meds, put some salve on his eye then put a patch on it with some tape so he wasn't straining the other eye so much.
When I get home Mr Gab was on the phone almost screaming at the person at the other end. I waited a few minutes until they put him on hold and he showed me what he was talking about to the people who were on the phone with him. Seems someone has used my name and ran up a $1,000 cell phone bill. CAN YOU SAY STOLEN IDENTITY?
See I knew it could happen in a blink of an eye(no pun intended).
So now we gotta have this checked out and see where its coming from and what we can do to stop it and OH YES BTW we now gotta get our credit reports to see what else if anything is there thats not mine!
Did I tell you this has been one of those days? Quick where are the blankets? I wanna go to bed and hide.

Hump day

Well, We finally made it to the middle of the week. I dont know when they started calling it hump day but its one of my favorite days. Its right in the middle of the week so that you know the weekend is coming soon. It's also said to be the less stressful day of the week. Although for me this whole week is stressful. My grandson the one I got the cell phone for left it out in the open and one of his younger brothers got a hold of it and put a password on it. So now Im going 0000 enter 0001 enter 0002 enter. Trying to figure out what it is! lol
On another note Someone has a birthday to day. So in true Gab fashion:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR WALKER
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TOOOOOOO YOOOOUUUUUUUU!
and many more.

And to the rest of you out there Happy Hump day

Happy Monday

Kids went back to school today. They go to Weds then have the rest of this week off and all of next week.
Mr Gab went and had his hearing tested today. He needs one hearing aid, to the tune of $2,400. He's gonna get that ordered then go get eye surgery next week hopefully. That's another $1,300. We hope that both can be financed. If not then well not sure. He needs both pretty badly and shouldn't have put them off so long. But you know he was sending me in all the time to the doctors and he should have been going himself as well. I really hope we can get this all taken care of. (all donations will be gladly accepted lol)
Only problem we have trying to settle is getting a trip out home. We need to check on things. Even though the Police are watching it, we just like to go for peace of mind too.
We at one point had it figured out for last week then things happened, then we thought ok the week the boys are outta school but now hes gonna do the eye surgery. And even though you can get up and do stuff right away Mr Gab will want to pick up heavy stuff and well you know he's not suppose to. So its better that we stay at home. Oh and another reason to stay home awhile longer? Yeah the weather! Its still a little chilly to stay in the camper. And with this snow storm we just had the street we live on(at the farm where the camper is) well they just never plow it. and when the snow melts the road is real slippery and better to wait until real dry before attempting to go up it. I remember one year when this farmer thought he was gonna get in the fields early. Well, he did at his place but when it came to coming over next to our farm......welll he slid right into the ditch and almost toppled over. They left the tractor there for about two weeks then when it all dried they had a heck of a time removing it outta the ditch! The wheels had slide into the mud the mud dried and well now they were even more stuck than before! lol. But they finally managed to get it out and I bet he never tried to get in that field early again! I know even once we went up the road to early and after a mile and a half we decided we best turn around. God that was scary. we slid and I was so sure we were gonna end up in the ditch. How Mr Gab kept us on the road I don't know (not even sure if he knows) But we got turned around and headed back. When we looked later and seen the mess we caused man we were like how did we even make it out of there. So we just plain gotta wait. So that's another good reason not to run out there yet.
Well that's they update for today. Happy Monday!

Hope you all had a good Easter

Well, today was a good day. Only our oldest son and our daughter and her boys were here for dinner. Because Mr Gab had to be to work at 2pm I put the ham on early. So that by a quarter to 1 we were ready to eat. Then Mr Gab showered and went to work again. He had just gotten home at 6:45am and really had gotten very little sleep. But when he gets home tomorrow he will get to sleep until 8:30 pm before he goes to work again. Well actually he will get up earlier. He has a Doctors appointment around 1 I think it is. But at least he will get more sleep than he did yesterday and today!
Left over ham which isnt a lot will go into split pea soup tomorrow. I really hope you all had a good Easter.
Have a good week.

Im awake

Whew took a nap today....with Mr Gab. Yesterday he had to get up @5:30 am and go trucking. It wouldn't have been so bad had the weather stayed the way it has been but nooooooo it had to snow! I don't know why some people are surprised that it snowed again after all its still Minnesota and its also Basketball season. Basketball 3

When its playoff season we always get snow.

It never fails. So along with the crappy weather he had to drive semi. He was suppose to start work @ Holiday @ 2pm yesterday but he wasn't back from trucking. So for the first time since he started there he was late to work. He finally got there @ 3pm. and had to work until 6am this morning. He didn't make it home until 8am. Boy he was totally bushed.

Easter Basket So while he went to bed, I got up. I was only up a few hours came on the blog and after I did my little personal (B) blog I went in and layed down for a nap. When daughter knocked at almost 4pm I was surprised it so late. Of course as soon as I was up kids were asking can we color our eggs now? Painted Head

So I got out the cups and vinegar and got everyting set up for them all to color eggs. We had boiled them last night in between movies. The kids of course were home yesterday as it was Good Friday, so it was movie day all day long. WOW that was intresting. I promised we would still do movie night tonight Im trying to think of what movie we didnt watch yesterdy! lol Bunny I know there are alot we didnt see but gosh after a while it seemed like we watched them all twice! I look forwards to movie night with the kids and soon I will be able to take them to the theather to see a movie for movie night. The baby is with his daddy this weekend So the house is a little quiet. We made sure we coloured eggs for him too. Anyways I thought I'd stop in and wish you all HAPPY EASTER! Child Basket

A little personal Complaining!

This blog is my personal complaining ground. if you don't want to hear(or read it) then don't come here. my title says it all I like to rant and rave. And I get mad alot! hence the title rants and raving of a totally mad woman. I was going to put of a totally pissed off woman but decided to go the calm way. although nothing in my life is calm. One thing that is 100% true is I love my husband, my kids (even when they do stupid things after all that's how we learn) and my grand kids. I love my immediate family such as dad, sisters, brother. All else I put up with because we are related period!

Some people think I'm stupid. They honestly don't have a clue. But that's ok let them show their ignorance. After all I raised my kids in my home.(mine were not taken from me) I did my best for them. They aren't perfect but what kid is?I married the father of my children and I am still married to him and we love each other! I did not use drugs I did not drink myself into a stupor. I did not steal. I was home for my kids. My mom and I got along.I did not get into it with other family members. I took care of my own. If you don't call that sacrifice well dang I don't know what you would? But then again some people fly off the handle at the stupidest little thing and jump to wrong conclusions.Well I don't play that game either. This is a I'm gonna complain and if you don't like it don't read it.But when you start pushing buttons be prepared to get slapped back.Oh and please please run to your daddy and tell him I'm not playing fair.Life is not fair. But I'm at least truthful. But the thing that makes me the maddest is when someone whom you haven't spoken to for over 20 years step into your life and proceed to tell you how things should be done. Heaven forbid if your children ever needed your help because your so selfish and think only of yourself they would be left to the cold.Do not tell me what I should tell my children to do. Do not tell me what you think I should be doing it's my life and if I want to live this way I'm gonna. How dare you talk to someone for 5 mins then tell them to stop drinking when they are cold stone sober and have been for several years. How dare you think that because your married right now this minute that your life is perfect. It isn't after all, think about what you did for years before.Have you ever lived in a shelter? A group home? In jail? Some people have to learn the hard way. You should have, but guess it went over your head.Your trying to make up your lost years by bring family together. STOP. if we wanted to be together and talk to each other we would have been. There is a reason why we don't "keep in touch"And by running to them to tell them what so and so said or did, well your no better than a 3 year old tattling on their siblings. For for gosh sakes when you say your gonna stop DO IT! don't keep dragging up stuff from the past or even from a day or two ago.get over it. Its done. At least it should be. And by making stupid digs about someone being stupid about something well hun look at your own life then tell me again I'm stupid. I am so done with this that as far as I'm concerned I do not know you and I don't want to know you. But knowing you as I do it will not end here.Because if it did you wouldn't have a life.

SAT PHOTO HUNT - METAL

Our Photo hunt word this week is Metal. I really had to search my files to come up with one that would fit. The first one I tried I remembered that it was something I had found on another web site so I had to start over. Below you will find Mr Gab and 2 of our grandsons helping grandpa tear apart some printers. They strip out the metal and then they take the plastic half and burn it. To see if its aluminium they have a big magnet. Once they determine if its plain metal or if its aluminium they put into right bucket. He even saves all screws! When they finished with the printers they move on to computer where they strip out the metal, copper, Mr Gab sends the kids away for a few minutes while he takes a hammer to the monitor screen. Then after picking up all the remains he has them come back and they continue on. We sell the boards and the copper and gold out of the computers.

Good Friday

Today is good Friday and kids are home from school. Driving me crazy.......... yes!!!!

Now on a different note. I have made a family member mad at me. But unfortunately I am in the right of what I was upset over. My lawyer has told me so. It all involves family tree information, pictures and passwords etc. So its upsetting and for that I'm sorry. But I need to protect myself as well as the rest of my immediate family.

The kids are getting excited about Easter...you know all that chocolate candy. But I am looking for the true meaning of Easter, to teach the grandkids. I want them to know this is not all about candy, the easter bunny or the colored eggs. I have a great DVD's to use. So we are going to spend some time watching that today. I also have some great books that explain the true meaning of Easter.

Hope you all are having a good day.

Tidbits on St. Patricks day

I know this is late but as I sat at the doctor's office yesterday I rummaged through my purse and found this.
This come from a little newspaper that is called...TIDBITS.
Here are some interesting facts or fiction about St Patrick's day:

A shamrock
No, the official emblem of Ireland is the harp! The stringed instrument apperears on all goverment documents and decorates the presidential flag.
The shamrock only gained fame as a symbol of Ireland after St Patrick used its three laves as a visual aid to explain the Holy Trinity.

You'll find snakes in almost every country in the world, but the stories are true: there are none to be found in Ireland. Of course, legend has it that St Patrick charmed them all into the sea, but truth is that snakes can't survive anyplace where the ground is frozen year-round. They need to burrow into the ground to keep warm. Snakes can't swim either, and since Ireland is surrounded by water zoos are the only place there where you'll see serpents.

Potatoes are not native to Ireland. This traditional irish vegetable was thought to have first been harvested in Peru and didnt make its way across the Atlantic until 1589.

Ireland was one of the first European countries to assign last names to families. This practice started around the year 1000, when the country's population increased so quickly tat first names alone weren't sufficient to identify individuals, The prefixes "Mac" and "O" were added to the first name of the father or grandfather to creat a surname. So MacDonald means son of Donald, and O'Brian translates to son of Brian.

Weekend report

Well I had a really good weekend. I went out and visited an uncle I haven't seen since my mom passed which has already been about 12 years. We had a very nice visit. I was able to sit and chat (and oh yes I did most of the chatting) without crying, without being a wreak.
Monday being St Patrick's day found me wearing the green. Two of my grandson's sprayed their hair green. Now most people have Corned beef and cabbage or Irish stew for dinner, but we hadn't gone shopping and no one had planned ahead so we ended up eating KFC! real Irish right? Now today I have to go to the doctors to find out how these new meds are working. I must say they are doing ok........but............I'm afraid they are only working because of the steroids. He will probably do what we did last time slowly take me off. I take 2 pills a day now so I suppose he will change that to 1 1/2 pills and do that for a month then drop it to one pill and so forth and so on until I'm not taking them any more. But I swear that if I get down to where I'm not taking them and I start having problems I'm gonna be mad. Because you see right now I can move more freely without pain that I have been able to since this all started. I can sleep at night with out tossing and turning in pain. I'm really scared the only way I'm gonna get that relief is by taking the steroids.
Then when I get home Im contacting a lawyer about some thing that is going on with my cousin. I won't go into it here and now, I want to see what I'm advised first. But it may get nasty and I hate that I have to do that to family but things got pushed and I need to find out fo my self what is proper. Unfortunally Im gonna hurt some in the proccess but its gonna happen. So there ya have it my great weekend, and St Paddy's day!

Sat Photo Hunt- I spy

I like this weeks photo hunt. I spy...with my little eye lol.
Ok so went I was at my dad's this week visiting, I was sitting in my sisters car at one point when I noticed some birds sitting in a bush in my dad's front yard. They blended in so well that I quick snapped a pic with my camera phone. I do hope you will be able to play along. If we have problems I will help you along best as I can....in other words even though I know how many (3)birds are in the tree Im not sure even I see them all! lol You can enlarge the photo my clicking on it and maybe that will help.
I am early for this as tomorrow is another jammed packed busy day. And tonight is movie night with the boys and we are gonna watch the movie "Bees"

Visiting

I went out visiting yesterday. Daughter had taken day off so I went to see my dad and my youngest sister. We were to see my handicapped sister as well but when we got there we found she had a dental appointment! So we didn't get to see her. So I asked my youngest sister who was driving if we could take a drive out to the cemetery to visit mom's grave. After we got done there we drove over to walmart and bought a few items, then we went to eat lunch. Then we went shopping again! only groceries. We finally got back to my dad's and after we did a few small chores for him both my sister and I headed for our respective homes. I was home for about 1 1/2 hours before my daughter and her boys went out to Chuck E cheese for another's birthday. Mr Gab needed to sleep so I thought another good time to go visit, so I popped over to my neighbors house to see how she was doing. After almost 2 hours there I came home and Mr Gab woke up and said whats for supper? I laughed and said good question. After a small discussion his side only I ordered chicken. When he got done eating it was time for him to get ready for work. Daughter and boys came home and after some small chit chat I went into my bed room to "play" on the puter(can u guess where I've been playing at? Just check out my right hand sidebar and see if you can make a connection lol)! At some point I had also talked to an uncle whom I haven't seen in awhile and tentatively made plans to drive out this Sunday to see him! Usually when I plan stuff it never goes my way so I just said hopefully if the weather stays nice I'll be there. He is having some health issues himself so it would be easier for me to drive than him. I'm looking forwards to going. If you'd care to check out his picture click on my cousin's link on the right side that says Robin. But for now Im off to bed its been a very long day for me! night

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD

TODAY IS MY DAD'S 89TH BIRTHDAY. 89! WOW! AND HE'S STILL GOING STRONG. EVEN WITH ALZHEIMER'S. DAD HAS ALWAYS BEEN A STRONG MAN.....HE'S WORKED THROUGH JUST ABOUT ANYTHING THAT'S BEEN THROWN AT HIM. ONE THING THAT BROUGHT HIM DOWN WAS THE DAY HE WAS WORKING AT THE HOTEL AND AN ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING RIGHT. DAD WAS KIND OF AN ALL AROUND FIX IT GUY. SO HE GRABBED THE OUT OF ORDER SIGN FOR THE ELEVATOR AND PUT IT RIGHT ACROSS THE BUTTONS. THEN HE LOCKED OPEN THE DOORS AND PUT HIS LADDER RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE. THEN HE CLIMBED UP ON TOP TO LOOK AT THE CABLES AND WHAT NOTS TO SEE WHAT IF ANYTHING WAS WRONG UP THERE. ALL OF A SUDDEN HE REALISED THAT SOMEONE WAS IN THE ELEVATOR AND THAT THEY HAD OVER RODE THE LOCK ON THE DOOR. HE THOUGHT TO HIMSELF OK I'LL RIDE IT OUT. THEY WERE JUST GOING DOWN A FLOOR. ALL WAS GOING WELL UNTIL HIS HAMMER GOT CAUGHT BETWEEN THE WALL OF SHAFT AND MY DAD'S BACK. THIS WAS NOT GOOD. NOW WHEN THIS LITTLE INCIDENT HAPPENED MY MOM HAD GONE TO CALIFORNIA WITH MY DAD'S BROTHER TO VISIT HER MOM. I WAS HOME CARING FOR MY TWO SISTERS. WE HAD ALREADY HAD 2 INCIDENTS. THE FIRST WAS I WAS KNOCKING ON OUR KITCHEN WINDOW AT OUR DOG SOMETHING I'VE DONE A THOUSAND TIMES AS HAD MY MOM....BUT THIS TIME MY FIST WENT THROUGH THE WINDOW. I WASN'T HURT TO BAD. THEN MY HANDICAPPED SISTER HAD FALLEN OUT OF HER WHEELCHAIR AND BROKEN HER THUMB. THE DAY DAD HAD HIS ACCIDENT WAS THE DAY MY MOM WAS COMING HOME FROM CALIFORNIA BY BUS. NOW DAD USUALLY CALLED EVERY DAY AT THE SAME TIME. NOON. AND IF FOR SOME REASON I DIDN'T HEAR FROM HIM RIGHT AT NOON HE MADE SURE HE CALLED AT 1. THIS DAY I DIDN'T HEAR FROM HIM UNTIL AFTER 2 AND WHEN HE CALLED HE WAS OUT OF IT AND HE HAD TO ASK A NURSE WHERE WAS HE? THIS WAS ONE THING THAT KEPT DAD DOWN. THE REST OF THE STORY IS ALMOST AS BAD AS THE BEGINNING. BUT I WONT GO INTO IT. LETS JUST SAY DAD WORKED HIS WAY OUT OF THIS AND WAS AS STRONG AS EVER. SO EVEN THOUGH MY DAD DOESNT READ MY BLOG I STILL WANT TO SHARE WITH EVERYONE "HAPPY BIRTHDAY DADDY I LOVE YOU!"

p.s. check out the jackassery blog for a beautiful girl.
p.s.s. Well I got my new cell today. One of those razo ones. its pink.

I did not get pink cause Im a girl I got pink for breast awareness. Then my grandson and I had to return his phone I got him yesterday becasue it was defected. While we were getting it exchanged he found me a cover for my phone:

never hurts to have a little bling! its a pink cover with little sparkles all over it. Sorry pics are so bad!

MY DAUGHTER'S GONNA KILL ME

LOL.......

I went out today and bought one of those pay as you go phones for my oldest grandson. It's really more for my peace of mind than anything but daughter thinks he's to irresponsible (and he is somewhat) And that he's to young. But the point of the matter is he should be able to handle one. It has so many things on it it's almost like my phone I got from verizon. He can text he can take pics he can connect to internet he can play games! EXCEPT grandpa limited him to just being able to call his mom, us, his big and his coach! NO INTERNET NO GAMES AND NO PICTURES!!!!! I know a boring phone. But until he can actually pay for his own minutes or get his own contract he gets what he gets and thats limited! Now when he goes to the library and ne needs a ride home he can call me instead of borring a friends phone or asking the librarian if he can call his grandma. Or if he forgets his instrument he can call me. BUT NO FRIENDS! just us. Is that being to strict? I mean after all he's only 12. Oh well, we bought it she'll have to get over it. Im sure you all will hear her once she gets home and finds out. which will be in about 15 mins. I better go and hide!

A great weekend & a prayer request.

I went up to my sister's again today because my other nephew was home from college. We all had a nice visit. I was going to do more visiting but I was still tired from our time change last night so I went home to sleep instead. Then I got a call from an old high school friend that I haven't heard from in years. We chatted and got all caught up when she told me that her husband was abusive. UT OH. What do you say to that? Well, ok I'm not experienced in that area but I could give it a shot. I said leave the jerk. Well, she said she was afraid to after all she has been with him for 10 years. This is her second marriage. Her first husband died in a tragic accident. They had been married almost 23 years when he passed. She married him when she was 17. They had one son together. She basically hasn't ever really lived on her own. She met the guy she's married to now at her hubby's funeral! At first every thing went ok they lived together for awhile before tying the knot. SO she went from her parents house to her first hubby home (he was 10 years older) then to her new boyfriends house whom she then married. And now she is scared to death of him. She has turned him in but has forgiven him every time and taken him back......not ok! and I told her so. I said you need to just walk away. She said she was thinking of moving back to MN and wanted to know if she could stay with me.? Oh great my house is exploding at the seams lol. I told her that I really didn't have room but if she came up we would find her somewheres to stay. I asked her if this was one of the reason's I hadn't heard from her in years and she said yes her hubby didn't want her to have her old friends from MN call her. I asked how she was calling now and she said pay phone. That explains the 1-800 number! I asked if she loved him any more and if there was any way what so ever they could work it out. She said no and no. He has broken her ribs, her wrists, 1 leg and given her so many black and blue marks over the years, that she is sick of it. I asked if she had money to get here. She said yes if he hadn't found it. Then she said her time had run out and she would try to call me later. And I had a dial tone.........I really worried about her. I started to think back to see if she mentioned a state or town from where she was calling. I don't think she did! I would probably called the police there had she said anything to clue me in, to check on her or help her out. I had asked about her son but all she had said was he moved on. Does that mean he doesn't keep in touch with her? So now I'm a little worried about her. I hope she will be able to stay safe. I in all my years with all my family and friends have never really had to deal with a abusive partner. Cheating ones yes abusive no! So I would like you all to please put a prayer out there that she gets away and comes up(over, down, accross whatever) here to MN. And that her hubby doesnt find out she called me and hurt her for talking to me. I'm sorry V I love you and hope you make it here ok.

PHOTO HUNT- DIFFERENT

Ive never seen a dog and coon as friends
Nor a cat and guinea pig.
Or a rabbit and cat
But I have seen a dog and cat as friends including my dad's. So this was a little hard for me to come up with, but I figured that at least the first couple of pictures are "different" to use in the hunt.

I signed into my email this morning and I had 59 emails. Out of 59 new emails I had only 4 that weren't spam. 4!!! So why were the other ones that were spam in my inbox? Well I wrote Yahoo a while back because I had the same question. That and the fact alot of my good email was in my bulk folder! They tell me my setting are to low. So I checked, No I have it set at med just like it had been before. So I contacted Yahoo again and what did they tell me this time? Open the email and then hit spam or not spam for them to go into the right folders. Now why in the world should have have to do all that just to keep junk mail outta my inbox and good emails outta my spam folder?
Well this afternoon I went back into my emails and what did I find 102 emails in my inbox and 55 in my spam. and you guessed it all my spam was in my inbox and all my good mail was in my bulk folder! I give up. I dont want an email any more! You want me? You text me. You would probably find me faster that way than email anyways.
And how was your week?

Happy Hump Day

Happy Hump day everyone. It's the middle of the week again and these weeks seem to pass faster and faster. We are already into March. March people that's the 3rd month of the year. And it seems just like yesterday that we we were wishing every one a Happy New Years. And Day light savings time is moved ahead this year to this coming weekend. And Easter is at the end of this month. Is it because its leap year? I don't know if that's a factor or not. But it is amazing that we have already moved into the 3rd month of the year. The older I get the faster time moves. I don't want it to move that fast any more. STOP! SLOW DOWN! Whats even more interesting is the fact that yesterday my 2 oldest grand kids and I were talking and I said that they were tween.(well actually only 1 would be considered) Of course they tried to tell me there was no such word as tween. I said oh yes and the went on to explain how they were considered tweens. I don't remember if they had that terminologies back in my day of Being a preteen. Either way time moves to fast.

Sat Photo hunt-PARTY

This weeks Photo hunt is "Party". So I have just a few pics from my oldest grandsons 12th birthday party. He had his party at a bowling alley.
Here are a few kids who attended the party watching the other bowlers, and eating pizza.

My grandson(whos birthday it is) is the one in the white t-shirt. The little guy in front in black T-shirt is also my grandson

Showing off his presents. He is holding the bowling pin he got for having so many people who showed up at his party. Every one who was there signed the pin. it is a real one not plastic or anything. And dang its heavy!
